Your email will be kept private - it is only for if we need to contact you regarding your submission. The vests page will be updated weekly; please be patient for your entry to be posted.

There is no limit to how many stories you wish to tell. If you would like to submit additional stories to add to your vest page after submitting this form, please contact us and we will accept via email. If you wish to submit multiple vests, please fill out one form per vest - do not combine. 
 

IMPORTANT: Your vest picture(s) should be of the entire vest- we recommend hanging the vest then taking a picture straight on in good lighting. Please no close ups or partial pics.
